The newest and largest hall — a soaring ultramarine vault used for the Oracle ceremony, major ceremonies, solstices, and equinoxes. ~32m × 24m · Ceiling height: 9m.
The Blue Temple is simultaneously the newest and the largest hall — its scale reflects what became possible once the community no longer had to work in secrecy. The ultramarine vault was chosen for universal consciousness: blue in Damanhurian sacred colour theory corresponds to the highest state of expanded awareness, to the sky, to space, and to the divine intelligence that permeates the cosmos. The hall is used for the annual Oracle ceremony, major equinox and solstice rites, and large community gatherings. Its acoustic design was formally engineered — the first hall in the complex where sound was a primary design parameter.
Construction began in 2001 following the Guinness World Record certification. The community used the legal recognition and associated funding to extend the complex with this largest space.
Soaring ultramarine vault (ceiling: 9m). Fresco programme in deep blues and gold. Acoustic design engineered for ceremonial music. Raised dais at the north end for Oracle and ceremony. 3,500+ individual tesserae in ceiling programme. Synchronic line depictions in gold throughout the vault.
The hall is not on the standard tour route — it requires the One Day Visit (€140) or a special ceremony ticket. The entrance is a surprise for most visitors: after the comparatively intimate earlier halls, the scale of the Blue Temple is genuinely unexpected. Photography of the vault from below is the standout image. Allow 30–45 minutes.
