The Damanhur Academy is not a school in the conventional sense — it is a living research institution operating within a community that has been its own laboratory for 50 years. Students don't just learn about Selfica, alchemy, or sacred architecture — they practice it daily within the Temples, laboratories, and sacred forest.
The Academy has operated continuously since 1979. Its eight schools address the full spectrum of human capacity — inner perception, material transformation, space design, ceremony, dream research, language, technology, and artistic creation.
All Academy materials are accessible digitally via WisdomLab at €0.50/day (~€15/month). Over 500 hours of lectures, guided practices, and ceremony recordings available from anywhere in the world.
Each school explores a distinct domain — together forming a complete map of Damanhurian research into human potential, consciousness, and sacred knowledge.
The dream research programme is one of the most sustained experiments in collective consciousness in the modern world.
Every morning for 50 years, community members have recorded their dreams in a collective archive — now numbering in the millions of entries. Researchers analyse patterns, recurring symbols, group dreams (multiple members dreaming the same content independently), and the relationship between collective intention and dream content.
This archive is the basis of Damanhur's practical cosmology — the dream space as a research site, not merely a personal experience. Detailed protocols guide incubation, recording, analysis, and interpretation.
The Mystery School Year 1 is a residential programme combining all eight Academy schools with an individual research path supervised by senior community members. A full year at Damanhur — the deepest engagement with Damanhurian knowledge available to outside participants.
Accommodation and living costs additional. Price range reflects individual programme agreement with the Academy director.

The Oracle is Damanhur's most significant annual ceremony — a multi-day event of collective spiritual consultation held in the Blue Temple. The Oracle has informed constitutional changes, major community decisions, and the collective research agenda since 1988.
The ceremony integrates dream incubation, meditation, oracle reading, and collective ceremony over several days. It is open to Mystery School students and, by invitation, to serious external practitioners.
